Customer Service Representative (Yonge Eglinton Centre)

Employment: Full Time

Reporting to the General Manager, this position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customers and tenants, responding to inquiries, overseeing the Gift Card program and supporting promotions and marketing events.

JOB DETAILS:

  • Open and/or close customer service desk.
  • Respond to customer and tenant inquiries.
  • Management of the Gift Card program (ie: sales, inventory, account reconciliation).
  • Manage the Marketing and Tenant databases.
  • Oversee Marketing Purchase Orders and Accounts Payable.
  • Review and monitor social media and web content.
  • Part-time coverage for the reception desk.
  • General filling.
  • Other duties / projects as required.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous relevant experience
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Publisher and Outlook
  • Experience with JDE is preferred
  • A general understanding of the accounting process
  • An understanding of Social Media and Web applications
